Processing times vary depending on the type of product you order:

Custom Products

  • Production time: 5-7 business days (varies by design complexity)

  • Personalized items are made-to-order and require additional handling time before shipping.

If we are experiencing high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Order size & weight

  • Courier rates

Estimated delivery times will appear during checkout.

SanazVenture is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Holiday peak seasons

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

SanazVenture is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Typographical errors

If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed to the courier, SanazVenture is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delayed deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  2. Email us within 48 hours at sanazventure@gmail.com

  3. Include your order number and photos for review

We will help file a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.


International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Duties, customs fees, and import taxes may apply

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for all additional import fees

Customs policies vary by country; please check your local regulations before ordering.


Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Unclaimed parcel

The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Refunds are not issued for custom items or made-to-order products returned for these reasons.
